1. Services Provided
Stratas Labs provides custom AI development, including voice AI, automation, internal copilots, and document processing systems. Specific deliverables are outlined in individual Statements of Work (SOWs).
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you retain ownership of your proprietary data and the specific outputs generated by the custom AI systems we build for you. Stratas Labs retains ownership of our underlying methodologies, pre-existing code, and general AI frameworks.
3. Limitation of Liability
While we build robust AI systems, AI is probabilistic by nature. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our services or the outputs of the AI systems we deploy.
